Summer Skin Policies

It is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand all policies before booking their appointment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies, please reach out to us before booking!

TOX Touch Ups

The patient has two weeks to let us know if there is an issue with their tox. If a touch up is needed, the patient has a strict 12-14 day window after the initial tox appointment to receive a free touch up. After day 14, the touch up is no longer free.

Weight Loss Injections

It is the patients responsibility to double check their syringes before they leave. Your injections pass through two check points before being given to you, but mistakes can happen! If there is an issue with your injections, you have 48 hours to reach out and let us know about the issue. Prefilled syringes are likely to spill out if they aren’t handled with proper care. Summer Skin is not required to refill syringes that leak/spilled.

Financing Fee

Cherry is a financing program we offer that doesn’t do credit checks, and lets patients pay off their services over time. Cherry charges us a service fee for using them for financing. The minimum fee to use Cherry is $500.

Refunds

There will be no refunds on deposits, services provided, or gift cards. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read our policies and agree. You accept the full responsibility and financial obligation should any complications arise.

Additional Fees

Summer Skin has the right to add any previously unpaid fees to any future appointment. If there are unpaid fees, Summer Skin holds the right to collect back pay at any time.
